- All nominations for elected positions of the Management Committee, Branch Committees, Breed Affairs Committee, and Obedience Training Committee of the German Shepherd Dog Club of Victoria Inc., must be received by the Secretary of the respective Committee no later than 31st December 2020.
- All nominations must be in writing, and on the prescribed form.
- In order to be eligible to nominate as a candidate, or propose or second a candidate for election, you must have been a financial member of the GSDCV for the whole of the current financial year (2020 calendar year) and that your membership renewal subscriptions have been paid not later than the 31st December 2020, and are not suspended from membership of the GSDCV, or Dogs Victoria
