To all Members,
Due to the current circumstances Coronavirus (Covid-19) we have had to unfortunately cancel the Good Friday Appeal collection for this year.
The organisers of the event and the Committee of the Western Branch have not come to this decision lightly but after receiving correspondence from the Good Friday Appeal saying they understand if we don’t collect this year and will see us next year.
Also, with all the Government restrictions on gatherings and sporting clubs, and a lot of clubs, have shut down training, meetings, and functions, and so on, we have decided not to take part in collecting for this current year.
The health and safety of our members is paramount, so it is unfortunate that we must make this decision, for the safety of our members and families.
